Concept Design
I was honored to develop the look and feel for the Singularity University South Africa Summit 2018 through Mann Made. The challenge was to create a theme that included technology and Africa without using typical African animals or styles.

Singularity University SA 2018 Summit // Rational
The inspiration came from artwork by Magdiel Lopez. I further developed the style and made various collages for the upcoming summit until my client settled on 4 hero designs. Elements from these designs were used in all the branding and marketing material for the 2018 Summit. I also designed a programme booklet, emailer, app look and feel, name tags, invitation box, menu, web banners and social media posts for the summit. The programme booklet had a VR (virtual reality) code in the design, so when you scanned the VR code with a smart phone you could see an animation come to life on the page.
